What started as a single venture grew into something much larger — a family of companies united by shared ownership, shared values, and a shared name. The Chehata’s didn't set out to build a holding company; they set out to solve real problems for real people in their community.

Tri-County Sweeping Services was one of the first — founded in 1994, it became a cornerstone of commercial property maintenance across Southeast Florida. From that foundation grew H2GO FLA, MM Distribution, and Tri-County Logistics — each one meeting a different need, each one run with the same family-first ethos.

Today, Chehata Family Holdings represents decades of entrepreneurship, community investment, and a refusal to cut corners. We are proudly family-operated across every company in our portfolio.

Meet the boardroom's smallest members. They can't quite reach the conference table yet, but they've already mastered the family business — negotiating bedtimes, cornering the snack market, and running spirited campaigns for "just five more minutes." Third-generation Chehata's in training, learning that a good name is earned one handshake (and one sticky high-five) at a time.
